How I built it

| Phase 1 · Architecture | Designed a Flutter monorepo with 3 packages: cenventory_core, cenventory_windows, cenventory_mobile. Claude Code scaffolded the full structure. |
| Phase 2 · Google Sheets | Built SheetsService with full CRUD via REST API. OAuth 2.0 with auto token refresh. Bootstrap CLI script for sheet setup. |
| Phase 3 · Windows App | 7-screen Flutter desktop app: Dashboard, Products, QR Codes, Transactions, Suppliers, Reports, Alerts. Dark theme with fl_chart bar charts. |
| Phase 4 · Android App | 3-screen mobile app with live camera scanner, offline queue, and Google Sheets sync. APK tested on physical device. |
| Phase 5 · Data Import | 61 products and 17 suppliers imported via Dart CLI scripts. Each product QR code encodes its SKU for scanner lookup. |
| Phase 6 · Live Test | Physical phone scanned QR from Windows screen. Stock IN recorded, transaction appeared in History, dashboard updated live. |
